Effective July 2026. These terms cover use of saintclair.ai and services provided by Saintclair Intelligence LLC.
Services
Saintclair provides web design, marketing, and related digital services under individual client agreements. The details of scope, pricing, and timing for any engagement are set in your game plan and agreement, which control over anything on this site.
No guarantees of specific outcomes
We work hard and we show real numbers, but search rankings, review counts, lead volume, and revenue depend on factors outside any provider’s control. Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific result.
Ownership
Unless your agreement says otherwise, you own the website, content, and accounts we build for you once they are paid for in full.
Payment
Monthly plans are billed in advance and run month to month. Project work follows the payment schedule in your agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saintclair Intelligence LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
