01I look you up first Before we talk I go through your Google Business Profile, your website on a phone, and where you land for your own service and town. You are not walking me through anything, the work is already done.

02We go through what I found Screen shared, in order of what is costing you the most. Usually it is reviews, hours, or the fact that there is no way to reach you except calling during the workday.

03You get a straight answer Either there is something here worth paying for and I show you what it costs, or there is not and I say so. I only take on a few businesses at a time, so a bad fit helps nobody.

Your review position against the competitors showing up above you, and how the gap gets closed.
Every way a customer currently cannot reach you, after hours, on a phone, or without picking up the phone at all.
The first three things to fix, in order, whether you hire anybody or do them yourself.

There is no catch in this. If you take the report and fix it on your own, that is a fine outcome.

Is this actually free?

Yes, and so is the report. I would rather spend twenty minutes finding out we are not a fit than sell you something that does not work. I only take on a few businesses at a time, so the wrong ones cost me more than they pay.

Am I going to get sold to for twenty minutes?

No. Most of the call is me showing you what I found on your business. Price only comes up if there is something worth doing, and if there is not I will say that out loud on the call.

What does it cost if we do work together?

Every plan is custom and you see the full number before you decide anything. Nothing gets built before you have the price in writing.

What kind of businesses is this for?

Home and outdoor service companies mostly. Pressure washing, pool service, landscaping and lighting, electrical, painting, gutters, fencing. Restaurants and taverns too. If you are somewhere else entirely, book anyway and I will tell you straight whether I am the right person.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. Bring nothing. The research is done before we get on.
